Exeter College (part of the University of Oxford) seeks to appoint a Stewardship & Alumni Relations Administrator to join the Development and Alumni Relations Office team. This is a varied role supporting a wide range of fundraising and alumni relations activities. Responsibilities include helping to deliver excellent stewardship to donors at all level through the collation of reports, articles for publications, and helping to manage specific stewardship events. The role holder will also be responsible for helping to invite alumni to dine on High Table during term and communicating that information to the relevant departments across College.
We are looking for a highly-motivated team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have demonstrable experience of managing a demanding and constantly changing workload, as well as a high degree of numeracy and accuracy. Excellent IT skills (including MS Office and database packages) are essential, whilst experience of working in the non-profit sector is desirable.
The role is advertised on a full-time basis; however, we would also be willing to consider candidates who wish to work 0.8 FTE, and this should be stated in your application.
The salary will be within a range £27,838 – £31,459 per annum (pro-rata). In addition, we offer a range of other generous benefits, including a generous annual leave entitlement, a free lunch in College while on duty, and optional membership of contributory pension and healthcare/ dental schemes.

The post is a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2026 and will provide cover during another member of staff’s period of maternity leave.
